It's a very convenient way to peruse and select the best image from the shoot. Here's how it works:

Soon after shooting, photographs are uploaded to either a public or a secure, hidden directory, depending on your instructions. My staff will forward the web address to you so that you may view all the pictures taken. As the client, you have total control over who has access to the pictures if the pictures are in a hidden directory.

Simply click on a thumbnail image and a larger version of the photograph opens so that you can check things like facial expression and composition.

I like the online contact system especially for shoots which have several people who need to view the pictures quickly. These people would normally have to wait around for the contact sheets or proof prints to be passed from department to department or company to company, slowing the whole process.
