This is where I exhibit some of my recently
published work, or 'tearsheets' as some in the industry call
them. Whenever possible, I'll tell you when the work was published
and include a short comment or two about the job.

Aaron Gillum of Covisint LLC in Southfield, Mich. is a 24 year
old auction engineer for the company. He sets up auctions after
purchasing managers at auto makers contact them with parts orders.
A nice guy who says he is often mistaken for Tiger Woods on
the golf course.
What I particularly liked was his quote in the the article
that accompanied the photo: "These auctions are for millions
of dollars," says Mr. Gillum, 24 years old. "We're
not messing around here with $10 at a time. You're not buying
a digital camera or something like that." (I wish my digital
camera cost $10!)

This was one of those shots where when you're shooting, you
know it's going to be a great portfolio piece. These three former
schoolteachers opened a worm business and have become the nation's
largest earthworm producer. Yes, those are real worms... 80
pounds worth! My assistant was a trooper; she was dumping handfulls
around the guys.
When I suggested this idea, they jumped right in with an enthusiastic,
"let's do it!" We cut foamcore to fit around their
shoulders, then started adding worms.
Thanks guys for making this job a fun one!

INTERACTIVE WEEK MAGAZINE
Enrico Digirolamo, pictured at right, below,
was the acting CEO of Covisint when this portrait was created
to accompany the 'Dewar's Interview'-style layout for Interactive
Week magazine. He said this was one of the most flattering
protraits ever taken of him.
