(In
conjunction with public relations event photography)
IMPORTANT:
Usage on almost all websites is not considered editorial
in nature. It is considered advertising, or corporate promotion.
Because in most cases it is not considered editorial, model
releases from all recognizeable people in the photographs
are required. It is not enough that they are an employee
of the corporation or association. If you want to use an image
despite this, we will fax you a waiver of liability and assumption
of risk for the use.

fees listed below are for non-exclusive use for a 3 month period.
Six months usage add 25% to the figures below. For one-year
add 50%. For two-years add 100%. There is a $50 research fee
incurred upon commencement of the review of our files which
may not be applied to usage, if any. The minimum fee for
this type of usage is $150.
